About us
Dirty Dough Cookies is looking for an experienced store manager for a new store in Springfield, MO.
POSITION SUMMARY
You will be the #1 contact for the owner, ensuring that all day-to-day processes are handled and kept neat and organized. Because this position will require a great deal of responsibility, you will be compensated generously for store performance.
The store manager is responsible for the overall management of the store, including scheduling, sales, customer service, inventory, and other duties as assigned. The shift leads report to the Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take care of the customers.
- Take care of the employees.
- Ensure the store runs effectively and smoothly.
- Ensure all proper procedures are followed.
- Be the point of contact for the owner.
- Ensure proper training of all employees.
- Ensure that all inventory is in good condition and is ordered in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Experience managing small groups required.
- Ability to lead a team of employees, which includes communicating with customers, understanding products, and setting expectations with staff.
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements required.
- Strong organizational skills required; ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Servsafe certificate required.
